 This past weekend, the combat sports world witnessed a series of electrifying events, including Cage Warriors 186, UFC London, and ONE 172. Here's a comprehensive recap of the standout moments and key statistics from these thrilling fights.

Cage Warriors 186

Held on March 21, 2025, at Indigo at The O2 in London, Cage Warriors 186 delivered memorable bouts:

  • Featherweight Title Bout: Champion Harry Hardwick retained his title against Javier Garcia. The fight concluded prematurely due to an accidental head clash, leading to a technical decision in Hardwick's favor. 

  • Historic Knockout: Yannick Bahati made headlines with a record-breaking four-second knockout of Charles Joyner. The swift finish, achieved with a powerful right hand immediately after a glove touch, sparked debates within the MMA community regarding sportsmanship. 

UFC London

On March 22, 2025, the UFC returned to The O2 Arena in London, featuring high-stakes matchups:

  • Main Event: Sean Brady secured a dominant victory over former welterweight champion Leon Edwards, submitting him with a mounted guillotine at 1:39 of the fourth round. While Ulberg's striking was crisp, Jan’s pressure and well-rounded approach made it a much closer fight than the scorecards suggested.
